Tips

LF Destroyer

With RF×6 against Light Fighters, a handful of Cruisers demolish thousands of LFs at virtually no cost. Always include Cruisers when attacking LF swarms.

Speed Advantage

Cruisers have the highest base speed of any combat ship. At high Impulse Drive levels they outrun even Battleships, enabling fast raid fleets.

Cost Efficient

The Cruiser has the best damage-per-resource ratio of all mid-game ships. It is the workhorse ship for most players from mid-game onward.

Vulnerable to Battlecruisers

Battlecruisers have RF×4 against Cruisers. Large BC fleets will shred a Cruiser-heavy fleet.
