Bonus
Converts T2 Mecha into T3 Mecha. Requires the Update Network to be levelled first.
Extremely Expensive
Both the 1.80× factor and the high base cost make this building among the most expensive in the game at high levels. Focus on it only when T2 → T3 conversion is a clear bottleneck.
