Bonus
Converts T2 Kaelesh into T3 Kaelesh. Requires the Halls of Realisation to produce T2 Kaelesh first.
Extreme Late-Game Cost
The 1.80× factor combined with high base costs makes the Forum of Transcendence one of the most expensive buildings in the entire game at level 15+. Only upgrade for dedicated T3 Kaelesh farms.
