Alliance Classes

Overview

An alliance can select one of three classes that grants additional bonuses to all alliance members on top of their individual player class. The alliance leader selects it; the permission to change can be delegated to other ranks.

  • First selection: free
  • Subsequent changes: 500,000 DM (or a shop item)
  • Change cooldown: 5 minutes
  • Important: When you change alliance class, the previous class is removed immediately and the change cannot be reversed

All alliance class bonuses are visible on the alliance page, highscores, Galaxy View, and espionage reports.

Trader

Focus: Economy

Similar to the Collector player class. Benefits all members with production and transporter bonuses.

Synergy

Pairs best with individual Collector class members. A Collector in a Trader alliance stacks both production bonuses for significantly increased mine output.


Warrior

Focus: Military

Similar to the General player class. Enhances combat and intelligence capabilities across all members.

System espionage: A new Galaxy View button sends probes to all targets in a selected system at once. Configurable options: number of probes per target, target type (planets/moons/both), active/inactive filter, time-since-last-probe filter.

Synergy

Pairs best with individual General class members. The stacked speed and combat research bonuses make fleet attacks faster and more decisive.


Researcher

Focus: Research & Expeditions

Similar to the Discoverer player class. Accelerates expansion and expedition effectiveness.

System phalanx: A new Galaxy View button that works like a normal Sensor Phalanx but scans the entire selected system at once. Requires a moon with a Phalanx; range depends on Phalanx level. Costs 40,000 deuterium per scan.

Synergy

Pairs best with individual Discoverer class members. Combined with the Discoverer's own planet size bonus, colonising on slots 7–9 becomes almost guaranteed to yield large planets.

All alliance class bonuses have standard values that may be adjusted per universe. Check the in-game alliance class description to confirm which bonuses are active on your server. Some bonuses can be disabled entirely on certain servers.
